Bring milk to scald; let cool. When lukewarm, add sugar and yeast.
While yeast is dissolving, beat 6 room-temperature eggs. Add to yeast mixture.
Add 10 cups of flour.
Knead the dough. When it is like rubber in consistency, cover with dish towel and let rise for about 1 1/2 hours.
Punch down the dough. Let rise again.
Put dough on floured surface and shape into loaves or rolls.
Put in pans and let rise again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes (?)
